Job Overview

Tapco Buildware India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Manager to manage showroom operations at Mannur, Muvattupuzha.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Showroom Manager or Floor Manager, with strong skills in handling walk-in customers, managing sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. ((Nearby candidates preferred)

Candidates with experience in tiles, roofing materials, building materials, sanitaryware, furniture, home interiors, or similar retail industries will be preferred.

. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom and ensure smooth functioning.
- Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
- Convert customer enquiries into sales and achieve showroom sales targets.
- Provide product information, quotations, pricing details, and other relevant assistance to customers.
- Follow up with customers to close pending enquiries and generate repeat business.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure a positive showroom experience.
- Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and other departments to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Monitor customer enquiries, sales performance, and pending orders.
- Ensure proper product display, showroom presentation, and cleanliness.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain sales records and submit regular reports to management.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Candidates residing in or near Mannur, Muvattupuzha will be given preference.
- Must have previous experience working as a Showroom Manager or Floor Manager.
- Must have experience handling walk-in customers and managing customer enquiries.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to convert enquiries into sales and achieve targets.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
- Experience in tiles, roofing materials, building materials, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹25,000 to 30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Other benefits, if applicable, will be as per company policy.
