Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and provide excellent customer service.
- Drive store sales through product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
- Handle sales, cashier operations, shipping, and receiving activities.
- Support the onboarding and training of recent retail associates.
- Coordinate daily activities and support team members on the shop floor.
- Assist with loss prevention and handle customer service issues.
- Maintain product knowledge and follow store procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
- 12th Pass or equivalent qualification.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine store activities.
