Role: Shopify SME / Support Specialist

Location: Hyderabad, Work from Office

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Shopify SME with strong experience in Shopify platform administration and production support. The role will support approximately two Shopify environments , ensuring smooth operations, integrations, access management, and routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Setup, administer, and maintain Shopify environments.
- Manage Shopify apps, users, roles, permissions, and access .
- Monitor and troubleshoot APIs and third-party integrations .
- Perform routine environment and data maintenance .
- Provide ongoing operational and production support.
- Troubleshoot platform, app, API, and integration issues.




- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers for issue resolution.
- Maintain technical/support documentation.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify / Shopify Plus .
- Shopify environment administration and support.
- Shopify app and access management.
- Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and integrations .
- Production support and troubleshooting experience.
- Good understanding of workplace and data maintenance.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
