HTRZ MODZ is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Shipping & Dispatch Executive to handle order picking, packing, dispatch, courier coordination, shipment tracking, and returns. The candidate must ensure accurate packing, timely dispatch, proper tracking updates, and smooth coordination with courier partners and internal departments.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Pick, verify, pack, and dispatch website orders.
- Coordinate with courier partners and arrange pickups.
- Track shipments, follow up on RTOs, and resolve courier issues.
- Handle returned products and coordinate return-related complaints.
- Update order fulfilment, tracking, billing, and sales returns in Shopify.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for pending products.
- Maintain tracking sheets and packing material stock.
- Respond to shipping-related WhatsApp messages and calls.
- Submit daily reports to the E-Commerce Manager.

Requirements
- Any degree or diploma
- Basic Excel knowledge.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
