Hiring: Shopify Business Executive – Growth & Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, proactive and growth-minded Shopify Business Executive to manage and grow our D2C e-commerce business.

The candidate should have good practical knowledge of Shopify, online marketing, business operations and analytics. We need someone who can take responsibility, work independently, solve problems and help the business grow in revenue and profitability.

This is an chance for someone who wants to learn business management and grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Shopify business operations and store performance.
- Manage product listings, catalogue, pricing, collections, offers and merchandising.
- Monitor sales, orders, cancellations, RTO, returns, refunds and delivery performance.
- Assist in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, monitor ROAS, CAC and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with marketing, creatives, customer support, warehouse, courier partners and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability and replenishment requirements.
- Improve website conversion rate, AOV, customer experience and repeat purchases.
- Track business performance and prepare daily/weekly reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Identify problems and growth opportunities and take initiative to solve them.
- Follow business targets, SOPs and timelines.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of Shopify or D2C e-commerce experience preferred.
- Good practical knowledge of Shopify admin and e-commerce operations.
- Basic to good knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and performance marketing.
- Good understanding of sales, ROAS, margins, returns, RTO and profitability.




- Good Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
- Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability.

Preferred: Candidates who have managed a Shopify store with ₹10 lakh–₹30 lakh+ monthly revenue or have hands-on experience managing multiple brands. Salary & Growth
