Job Summary

Anburaja Sizing Mills is looking for a skilled and responsible Textile Sizing Mill Shift Supervisor to oversee daily yarn-sizing operations, manage shift personnel, maintain product quality, and achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily yarn-sizing operations and shift production activities.
- Operate and monitor sizing machines and associated equipment.
- Ensure production targets, product quality, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Monitor size-box temperature, viscosity, concentration, yarn tension, drying conditions, and moisture levels according to approved process specifications.
- Maintain sizing quality, beam winding quality, and process consistency.
- Monitor yarn breakages, machine downtime, yarn waste, and production efficiency.
- Identify process abnormalities and coordinate corrective actions with maintenance and quality teams.
- Manage shift operators and helpers and ensure proper work allocation.




- Maintain shift production reports, machine records, and shift handover documentation.
- Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Textile Technology preferred.
- Relevant practical experience in textile yarn sizing will be considered.
- Knowledge of warp sizing, sizing chemicals, yarn counts, and sizing process parameters.
- Positive communication, leadership, troubleshooting, and team-management skills.

Experience 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred. Candidates with suitable hands-on sizing mill experience may also be considered.

Salary will be based on experience, technical skills, and company policy.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
