: Shift Incharge - Production (Food Color/Color Dyes Company)

Position Overview The Shift Incharge for production in a Food Color/Color Dyes Company is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes of Phthalocyanine Blue, Green, and alpha/beta color dyes. This role involves managing production operations, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team to meet production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Production Management: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and manage production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet industry standards and specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Inventory Management: Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supply for production.
- Reporting: Prepare and present production reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Compliance:



Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within the chemical or dyes industry, with specific experience in food colors or color dyes preferred.
- Skills:
- Robust leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions
- Shift Work: This position requires working in shifts, including nights and weekends, depending on production schedules.
- Environment: Work in a manufacturing setting, which may involve exposure to chemicals and varying temperatures.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
