- Manage shift-wise operations of the bauxite calcination plant to achieve production targets.

- Monitor the rotary kiln or furnace, as applicable, including temperature, feed rate, kiln speed, and operating conditions.

- Ensure consistent calcination quality by monitoring material residence time, burning temperature, and product specifications.

- Coordinate with the control room, kiln operators, feeding operators, packing operators, and material-handling personnel.

- Monitor kiln draft, combustion conditions, pressure, and other process parameters according to approved operating procedures.

- Ensure proper operation of conveyors, crushers, screens, coolers, dust-collection systems, and associated equipment.

- Monitor raw bauxite feeding, fuel consumption, calcined bauxite discharge, and finished-product handling.

- Coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and equipment inspections.

- Monitor product quality,



including moisture, alumina content, loss on ignition (LOI), and other specified parameters, in coordination with the laboratory.

- Ensure housekeeping, dust control, and environmental compliance throughout the plant.

- Maintain shift-wise production, fuel consumption, equipment downtime, and quality reports.

- Conduct toolbox talks, enforce PPE requirements, and ensure compliance with permit-to-work and lockout/tagout procedures.

- Complete shift handover with details of production, equipment status, process abnormalities, and pending maintenance.

- Investigate production losses, abnormal operating conditions, and quality deviations, and implement corrective actions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
