Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect who can design, implement, and improve IT monitoring and Event Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and manage ServiceNow ITOM Event Management solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools to detect IT issues.
- Configure event processing, alert correlation, noise reduction, and incident creation.
- Work with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Use AIOps to improve monitoring and automate issue resolution.
- Lead technical design, integrations, and architecture decisions.
- Guide development teams and work with business stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

- ServiceNow ITOM Event Management Architecture
- CMDB, Discovery & Service Mapping
- AIOps, Event Correlation & Alert Management
- Experience with REST APIs, MID Server, JavaScript, and Flow Designer.
- Solid solution architecture and integration experience.
