Job Summary We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Event Management Architect to lead solution architecture and design, enhancing enterprise event management and observability capabilities within an existing ServiceNow ITOM workplace.

Responsibilities

- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM architecture, with deep expertise in Event Management.
- Strong understanding of event processing, including ingestion, normalization, deduplication, correlation, enrichment, alert management, and incident generation.
- Experience designing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring or observability tools.




- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, integration framework, and configuration capabilities.
- Good knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITSM, and service health relationships.
- Experience designing event-to-alert-to-incident workflows and business service impact visibility.
- Understanding of AIOps capabilities, including anomaly detection, intelligent correlation, alert noise reduction, analytics, and operational insights.
