We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules excluding ITSM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions while adhering to platform best practices and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Configure and implement ServiceNow modules such as:

- HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

- Customer Service Management (CSM)

- IT Operations Management (ITOM)

- IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC/IRM)

- Security Operations (SecOps)

- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/PPM)

- Field Service Management (FSM)
- App Engine / Custom Applications
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Catalog Items.
- Build integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs, and web services.
- Create reports, dashboards, performance analytics, and custom widgets.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and instance maintenance activities.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to gather and implement requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

- Solid development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands-on expertise in at least one or more modules: HRSD, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC/IRM, SPM, FSM, or App Engine.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Service Portal, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Discovery.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server configurations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and platform architecture.
- Experience with catalog development, workflows, and automation.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Module-specific certifications (ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, SPM, FSM).
- Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
