Role & responsibilities

- Minimum 5years of software development experience with at least 3years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development and implementation.
- Strong experience in building and customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript.
- Hands-on Experience with ServiceNow modules beyond ITSM (HRSD, CSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, etc.), Service Portal, UI components, and ServiceNow application development.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
- Experience in building and consuming integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and third-party systems.
- Robust understanding of JavaScript concepts with focus on reusable components and scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments and collaborate with cross-functional team
