Job Summary:

Transitials is looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM/PPM Developer to work on enterprise-level implementations, platform enhancements, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and develop ServiceNow SPM/PPM modules.
- Work on Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, and Resource Management.
- Develop and customize solutions using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
- Build reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation solutions.
- Manage REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Handle data imports, transformations, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Support platform enhancements and performance improvements.

Required Skills:





- Robust experience in ServiceNow SPM/PPM or PPM-related modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Knowledge of Demand, Portfolio, Project, and Resource Management.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and reporting.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM).
