Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead enterprise-level platform architecture, solution strategy, governance, and automation. The role requires strong hands-on ServiceNow expertise combined with the ability to define platform strategy, guide multiple delivery teams, and engage senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline.
- 10–16 years of overall IT experience with 8–10+ years of ServiceNow experience .
- Solid experience in enterprise architecture, solution strategy, and platform governance .
- Proven experience designing and implementing at least 2 end-to-end ServiceNow instances across multiple product families/workflows.
- Deep hands-on expertise with recent ServiceNow releases
- Strong experience defining multi-workflow,



enterprise-scale ServiceNow architectures .
- Expertise in platform strategy, integration architecture/patterns, and complex delivery governance .
- Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture and CSDM .
- Extensive experience with enterprise-scale automation and workflow transformation .
- Ability to operate as a platform-level architect , providing architectural direction to multiple teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Proven experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders , influencing platform roadmap, technology direction, and business outcomes.
