Role Description This is a full time, on-site Service Technician role based in Guwahati.

The Service

Technician will install, configure, and commission coffee and beverage vending machines at customer locations, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities include performing routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and carrying out timely repairs to minimize downtime. The role involves responding to service calls, maintaining service logs, managing basic spare parts inventory, and providing customers with guidance on machine usage and basic upkeep.





The Service

Technician will collaborate with the local service team and report technical or quality concerns to supervisors to support continuous improvement in machine performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong technical aptitude in mechanical and electrical servicing of vending machines or similar equipment, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals, service documentation, and basic electrical/mechanical schematics.
- Valuable customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and maintain professional relationships at client locations.
- Basic computer literacy for maintaining service records, using mobile or web-based service tools, and reporting issues.
- Prior experience as a field technician, service engineer, or maintenance professional in appliances, machines, or food & beverage equipment is an advantage.
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field preferred; relevant practical experience may also be considered.
- Willingness to travel within Guwahati and nearby areas, work on-site at various customer locations, and handle occasional emergency service calls.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
