Role Objective

The candidate will be whole sole responsible for sales and Marketing for Industrial products like biodegradable industrial cleaning chemicals, heat exchanger cleaning equipments, aerosols, specialty lubricants, insulation tapes and heat exchanger cleaning services for a specific region. He will be responsible for sales promotion, identification of applications and new business development. He will be fully responsible for identifying current distributors and motivating them for JKET business developments.

Regional in charge will be responsible for creating the strong channels and sales & service team for achieving the organizational goal. The candidate should be highly energetic, should be motivated for extensive travel within their territories.

Principal Accountabilities

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable chemical/equipment solutions.
- Provide technical support for product application, usage, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct customer/site visits for application evaluation and technical discussions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and application trials at customer sites.
- Monitor trial results and document performance, observations, and customer feedback.
- Recommend process improvements based on trial outcomes.
- Support installation, commissioning, and application of cleaning equipment.
- Ensure equipment is properly configured according to customer requirements.
- Train customers/operators on safe and effective equipment usage.




- Maintain strong technical relationships with customers.
- Collect customer feedback regarding product performance and application.
- Communicate recurring customer issues to the concerned internal departments.
- Ensure all chemical applications and equipment demonstrations are carried out safely.

Follow company safety procedures and applicable customer-site safety requirements.

Knowledge and skillset

- Should have excellent understanding on the product application and knowledge on MRO products like specialty lubricants, aerosols, welding electrodes, industrial epoxies, industrial cleaning Equipments, water treatment chemicals, pumps, valves, industrial technical services etc.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Should have minimum 1 years experience in industries like power plant, steel, cement, petrochemicals, pharmaceutical and automotive industries
- Should have market knowledge, potential and competitors activity
- Technical Knowledge on operation of the machine and products will be an added advantage
- Detailed oriented
- Systematic in approach
- Ability to Handle / Deliver under pressure
- Computer Skills E-mails, MS Office is must.
- Good understanding of chemical safety, PPE, SDS/MSDS, chemical handling, and storage.
- Awareness of industrial safety procedures and customer-site safety requirements.
