About the role

Lead our RSA service operations and keep our 24×7 roadside assistance running smoothly. You will manage a team of 12-15 members, our mechanic network, and service partners to make sure every customer gets fast, reliable help.

What you’ll do

- Lead and supervise a team of 12-15 members
- Oversee 24×7 RSA operations and ensure timely service delivery
- Manage mechanic deployment and service allocation
- Coordinate with the Control Room and Customer Support teams
- Manage service dealers and mechanic network partners
- Track service quality, response time, and operational performance
- Resolve service issues quickly




- Maintain operational reports and MIS
- Keep mechanics, partners, and internal teams well coordinated

What we’re looking for

- 3-5 years of experience in RSA / Roadside Assistance
- Experience managing mechanics and service dealer networks
- Experience leading a team of 12-15 members
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/MIS reporting)
- Comfortable working in a 24×7 service setting (rotational shifts)
