The company caters to major industries, including steel, aluminium, mining, cement, and power, providing industrial hydraulic solutions, technical support, equipment servicing, and after-sales services.

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically competent Service Engineer to handle the inspection, troubleshooting, repair, testing, installation, and commissioning of Bosch Rexroth hydraulic equipment. The candidate will work at the service centre and customer sites to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and provide effective technical support to industrial customers.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Bosch Rexroth hydraulic systems and components.
- Perform inspection, dismantling, assembly, and servicing of hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, and hydraulic power units.
- Conduct testing and performance validation of hydraulic components using hydraulic test benches.
- Identify faults, assess component wear, and recommend suitable repair or replacement solutions.
- Perform installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of industrial hydraulic systems at customer sites.




- Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic equipment.
- Read and interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams, technical drawings, equipment manuals, and service documentation.
- Check hydraulic pressure, flow, leakage, temperature, and other operating parameters during diagnosis and testing.
- Ensure repairs and testing meet OEM specifications, quality standards, and service procedures.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, service reports, repair estimates, and test records.
- Coordinate with Bosch Rexroth technical teams for complex troubleshooting, technical guidance, and warranty-related issues.
- Identify and recommend genuine spare parts required for repairs and maintenance.
- Support customers in resolving hydraulic equipment failures and improving machine performance.
- Maintain proper handling of tools, testing equipment, components, and workshop resources.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain cleanliness and organization in the service workshop.
- Travel to industrial customer sites across Odisha as required for field service assignments.

Educational Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering may also be considered for candidates with relevant hands-on hydraulic servicing experience.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
