- A minimum graduate degree in Information Technology Field required for all IT Staff working on ITSC Contract. Client approval required on any deviation on this.

- Extensive IT technical support skills with superior knowledge of operating systems and software (Windows, Linux, and Macintosh)

- Years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure support and service delivery

- Prefer Computing or engineering degree

- Professional technical certifications like MCSE, CCNA, ITILv3F highly desirable

- Previous experience working in a global IT team highly desirable.

- Demonstrate knowledge and experience using and installing networking equipment such as switches, routers and firewalls.

- Be able to perform hardware and software installation in a client/server workplace;





- Be able to perform routine maintenance, to include diagnostic testing and optimization;

- Coordinate and implement software backup;

- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of computer systems and network components.

- Experience in AV/VTC, Mobility, Printing Devices and Desk phone support.

- High level of knowledge around IT Service Center, Ticket Management

- Experience of any workload management tool preferably GSEP and TFS

- Good and quality interpretation, written, communication and documentation skill
