SMD Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and organized Service Coordinator to manage HVAC service operations, coordinate technicians, and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily service calls and technician schedules.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with site engineers, technicians, and customers.
- Track pending complaints, AMC visits, and service reports.
- Prepare daily service reports and maintain service records.
- Follow up on spare parts, materials, and service requirements.
- Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in service coordination, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, email, and basic reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple service calls and follow-ups.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
