log and track customer complaints, AMC visits and warranty claims from receipt to closure; schedule service technicians, plan daily routes and confirm attendance at every site; follow up with customers on visit timing, spares and resolution status; coordinate spares and material with the stores and purchase teams; maintain service reports, AMC schedules and monthly performance summaries for management
