Role: SA PMGR – Service Advisor (Periodic Maintenance & General Repair)

Job Summary: Handle customer service requirements related to periodic maintenance and mechanical repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction, service quality, and timely vehicle delivery.

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Explain periodic maintenance schedules and mechanical repair needs.
- Prepare job cards, estimates, and service documentation.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams for repair progress.
- Provide customers with regular service updates and explain invoices.
- Ensure timely delivery and follow up on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical repairs.
- Good communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills.
- Diploma or ITI in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
