Greeting Customers and understanding their service requirement, listening to customer requests, clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules and estimating repair costs. Follow the process and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of customer's vehicle.

Requirements

Candidates with prior experience as Service Advisor in the automotive field are preferred.
