Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals efficiently, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests while maintaining high standards of hygiene and service.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and recommend food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while following service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving minor complaints professionally.
- Set up, clear, and reset tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and service stations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, housekeeping, and other service team members.
- Process bills and payments accurately, where required.
- Follow restaurant policies, food safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Skills





- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass preferred.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment is preferred; freshers may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and customer-service skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Professional grooming, personal hygiene, and punctuality.
