About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead SEO initiatives across client accounts, develop effective organic search strategies, and drive measurable improvements in visibility, traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
- Manage SEO across multiple client accounts, driving organic visibility, traffic and conversions.
- Handle Technical SEO, On-Page, Off-Page, Content SEO, AEO and GEO initiatives.
- Conduct technical audits covering crawling, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema and redirects.
- Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimisation and link-building strategies.
- Develop and implement AEO/GEO strategies for AI-powered search and answer engines.
- Monitor SEO performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage client communication, performance reviews and SEO strategy discussions.
- Coordinate with Content, Development, Design and Paid Media teams for integrated execution.
- Support proposals, pitches and recent business requirements where required.




- Guide and mentor junior SEO team members and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments and emerging SEO trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–5 years of experience in SEO, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Content SEO, AEO and GEO.
- Strong understanding of crawling, indexing, rendering, schema, Core Web Vitals, site architecture and structured data.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts and managing SEO deliverables independently.
- Strong client-facing, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyse SEO data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
- Strong understanding of Google algorithm updates, AI search and evolving search behaviour.
- Digital marketing agency experience preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
