Job Title: SEO Specialist

This is a growth-oriented role requiring 4hours a day monday to friday. It is a part-time position, and there is potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business requirements.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who can take ownership of organic growth. This role focuses on improving search rankings, driving traffic, and supporting overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimise website content, meta tags, and internal linking
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Identify technical SEO issues and work with developers to fix them




- Build and manage backlink strategies
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions, and report on progress

Requirements

- Proven experience in SEO (2–4+ years preferred)
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Good understanding of technical SEO and website structure
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills

Nice to Have

- Experience in content marketing or copywriting
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
