About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven SEO & SMO Specialist to join our growth marketing team. In this role, you will lead our organic digital footprint—driving qualified traffic, improving keyword rankings, and scaling our social media presence across key channels.

The ideal candidate understands how search algorithms and social platforms feed into each other to build brand authority, generate inbound leads, and improve user engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitive gap analysis, and content prospect mapping.
- Execute on-page optimization: title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking, header hierarchies, and image alt text.
- Collaborate with development and content teams to address technical SEO issues (crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, site speed, mobile responsiveness, XML sitemaps).
- Develop and execute white-hat link-building,



outreach, and digital PR strategies.
- Monitor organic performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and industry tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).

Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Optimize company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube for discovery and brand consistency.
- Plan and schedule organic content calendars aligned with product launches, blog posts, and company announcements.
- Implement social engagement tactics to grow organic reach, follower count, and community interaction.
- Track social referral traffic, conversions, and campaign metrics to optimize distribution strategies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
