Key Responsibilities

- Video Editing & Production: Create high-quality promotional videos, digital advertisements, YouTube content, reels, and educational videos.
- Performance Marketing Creatives: Develop engaging, conversion-focused video ads for Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads, incorporating strong hooks, storytelling, and CTAs.
- Motion Graphics & Visual Effects: Create animations, motion graphics, transitions,



and visual effects while maintaining skilled editing standards.
- Ad Creative Optimisation: Produce multiple ad variations for A/B testing and collaborate with the Marketing team to improve creative performance.
- Creative Ownership & Team Collaboration: Manage end-to-end video editing projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior editors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of video editing experience, preferably in EdTech, digital marketing, or creative agencies.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and motion graphics.
- Hands-on experience creating Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance marketing creatives.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, ad hooks, CTAs, colour grading, sound design, and platform-specific video formats.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
