We are looking for a Senior Video Editor & Graphic Designer who is hungry to grow and ready to hustle in a fast-paced start-up environment. If you have a passion for creating high-performing ad creatives and love the adrenaline of managing multiple clients, we want you on our team.
As our Senior Creative, you will be the visual backbone of our performance marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for creating thumb-stopping social media creatives, video ads, and static assets that drive ROI for our diverse client base. This is a Work From Office role based in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Editing & Production: Edit high-converting video ads for social media (Reels, Shorts, YouTube Ads). Create motion graphics and engaging visual effects.
- Graphic Design: Design eye-catching static ad creatives, social media posts, banners, and landing page assets.
- Performance Focus: Understand the nuances of performance marketing—create creatives that are optimized for CTR (Click-Through Rate) and conversions.
- Multi-Client Management: Handle creative requirements for multiple clients simultaneously on a daily basis without compromising on quality or deadlines.
- Innovation:
Utilize modern AI video tools and the latest editing techniques to stay ahead of the curve.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all creatives align with client brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to test new concepts.
Required Skills & Software Proficiency We are looking for a hands-on expert in the Adobe Creative Suite and modern AI tools.
- Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects.
- Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW (Mandatory).
- AI Video Apps: Experience with AI video generation/editing tools (e.g., RunwayML, Pika, Descript, or equivalent 2026 standard tools).
- Social Media: Deep understanding of aspect ratios, secure zones, and current trends on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in video editing and graphic design, specifically within an agency or performance marketing setup.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, ad assets, and video edits is mandatory.
- Start-up Mindset: You must thrive in a high-pressure environment, possess high energy, and be an innovative, creative thinker.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Schedule & Perks
- Mode: Work from Office (Bangalore).
- Salary: ₹30,000 / Month.
- Probation: 3 Months.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Time Off: 2nd and 4th Saturdays are off.
