Role Description : The Senior Video Editor role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role involves editing wedding films from raw footage to final delivery, including selecting takes, structuring narratives, and refining pacing to achieve a cinematic and emotionally impactful story.

The Senior Video

Editor will perform advanced color grading, sound syncing, basic audio clean-up, and integration of motion graphics or titles where needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating closely with directors and cinematographers, maintaining consistent visual style across projects, organizing and managing project files, and meeting production timelines. The role also includes mentoring junior editors,



participating in creative reviews, and contributing ideas to improve workflows and elevate overall production quality.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with proven experience in narrative or wedding filmmaking

Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to maintain cinematic realism and consistent visual tone across projects.

Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics elements that enhance storytelling and brand aesthetics.

Advanced proficiency in industry-standard editing and grading software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or equivalents).

Strong sense of visual composition, rhythm, and pacing, with excellent attention to detail

Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate effectively within a creative team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Relevant education or training in film, media, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in a senior or lead editing role is strongly preferred.
