We are expanding our US IT Recruitment team in Kolkata and are looking for experienced Senior US IT Recruiters with strong hands-on experience in C2C (Corp-to-Corp) requirements .

We are seeking recruiters who have a solid understanding of the US IT staffing ecosystem, experience working with C2C consultants and implementation partners, and the ability to independently manage recruitment requirements from sourcing through closure.

What You'll Do

- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on C2C requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, databases, and other channels.
- Work on C2C requirements involving H1B and other eligible work-authorized consultants, as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and consultants throughout the recruitment process.
- Screen candidates, verify technical suitability, and assess availability, work authorization, location, and rate expectations.
- Manage candidate submissions, interview coordination, follow-ups, rate negotiations, and closures.
- Work closely with the Account Management team to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain strong candidate and vendor relationships to support successful placements.

What We're Looking For




- 3–7 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US IT Staffing.
- Strong, hands-on experience working on C2C requirements is mandatory.
- Good understanding of C2C staffing processes, vendor coordination, and implementation partner relationships.
- Experience recruiting IT consultants across various technologies and skill sets.
- Proficiency with Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant sourcing platforms.
- Understanding of US employment models, including C2C and W-2.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, communication, and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements independently and work toward closures.
- Comfortable working from our Kolkata office during US shift hours.

Significant Eligibility Criteria Candidates must have practical experience handling C2C requirements in US IT Staffing . Candidates with experience limited to W-2 recruitment, domestic recruitment, or general hiring without hands-on C2C exposure will not be considered for this position.
