Key Responsibilities

- Create, optimize, and prove out CNC Turn mill and Sliding Head programs

- Develop CNC programs using CAM software (Solid CAM, Mastercam) and generate machining process sheets.

- Select cutting tools, work holding methods, and machining strategies to achieve cycle time and quality targets.

- Perform program simulation, verification, and machine prove-out to ensure first-time-right production.

- Provide technical support to machine operators during setup, trial, and production.

- Analyse engineering drawings, GD&T;, and customer specifications to define machining processes.

- Coordinate with production, quality, tooling, and engineering teams for new product implementation.

- Maintain program revision control, setup documentation, tooling lists, and process records.





- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to cycle time reduction and machine utilization.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements.

Required Skills

- Must have worked in high-volume mass production as well as NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.

- Robust experience in Turn mill Programming

- Good knowledge of Sliding Head Machines

- Proficiency in Solid CAM, Mastercam

- Strong understanding of GD&T;, machining processes, cutting tools, and process optimization.

- Ability to independently prove out and validate machining programs.
