About Aatm Nirbhar Aatm Nirbhar is a women-led social enterprise helping women move safely and earn independently through skilling, mobility enablement and livelihood opportunities. We operate a network of women trainers across 19 cities and work with partners including Urban Company, Swiggy, Yes Madam and L&T; Finance to train and enable women partners and riders.

We are a profitable, for-profit company building solutions in the mobility and livelihood space.

We are hiring a Senior Trainer to lead our master trainer network and ensure consistent two-wheeler riding training and onboarding quality across cities.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Train and certify master trainers in two-wheeler riding techniques, teaching methods and learner handling.
- Manage a team of 2530 master trainers through coaching, quality checks, allocation and field visits.
- Conduct classroom training for new trainers and ensure proficiency in training apps and processes.
- Oversee end-to-end trainer onboarding, including classroom training, shadow training, activation and first assignments.
- Support trainer hiring,



establish master trainer teams in new cities and maintain training quality across locations.

Candidate Requirements

- Expert in scooter or motorcycle riding, with a valid driving licence.
- Experience managing teams, preferably trainers or field staff.
- Strong practical teaching and communication skills.
- Fluent Hindi and working English; knowledge of a South Indian language is an advantage.
- Comfortable with full-time office-based work, field visits and intercity travel.
- Experience as a riding/driving instructor or training first-time women riders is preferred.

Formal education is not a criterion. Practical riding skills, teaching ability and team leadership are the priorities. First 90-Day Expectations

- Take ownership of classroom training for all new trainers.
- Maintain onboarding of 3540 new trainers per month.
- Set up and certify the first master trainer pool in Bangalore.
- Establish regular field visits and feedback for master trainers.

Important: This is a hands-on training and field leadership role, not a desk-based position. The candidate must be comfortable working directly with trainers and ensuring consistent implementation across locations.
