Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves designing and managing domestic and international travel itineraries, including adventure tours and educational trips, based on client preferences and budgets.

The Senior Travel

Consultant will handle end-to-end travel arrangements such as flights, accommodation, ground transport, and activities, while ensuring compliance with safety and travel regulations. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing expert travel advice, processing reservations, and resolving issues before and during trips.



The role also includes maintaining relationships with vendors, negotiating rates, updating travel packages, and supporting team members with complex itineraries and group bookings.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design, plan, and optimize itineraries for diverse traveler profiles.
- Experience handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, hotels, ground transport, tours, and cruise bookings.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and resolve issues promptly.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, adventure travel (trekking, camping), and college/university tour requirements.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems, GDS platforms, and online travel tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple bookings, and prioritize tasks under time constraints.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead travel consulting role, preferably in group travel or adventure tourism.
- Relevant education in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
