Senior Telesales Executive

Salary: Fixed + Uncapped Incentives as per Industry norms

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

- Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and close deals.
- Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, conversions, and team performance.
- Train team members on sales techniques, customer handling, and objection management.
- Track sales KPIs and prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and improve overall team productivity.

Requirements

- Any Diploma or Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales or sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Proficiency in Hindi/Urdu and Telugu is mandatory
- Strong leadership, negotiation,



and customer relationship management skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing a team effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
