Field/Onsite Support: Mandatory

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- Desktop & Laptop troubleshooting
- Windows OS installation and troubleshooting
- Server installation & basic administration
- Networking – Switches, Routers, LAN/WAN & Wi-Fi
- Network cabling and troubleshooting
- Hardware & software troubleshooting
- IT infrastructure support
- Field/Onsite client support – Mandatory
- AMC support & preventive maintenance
- Ability to independently handle client technical issues
- Prepare service reports and coordinate with clients

Candidate Profile We are looking for a senior, responsible and proactive candidate with strong technical knowledge and positive communication skills.

The candidate must be comfortable with field visits, onsite support, client interaction, and independent troubleshooting.
