Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store.

- Welcome customers, take orders, process billing, and provide excellent customer service.

- Serve ice cream and other products while maintaining Amadora’s quality and presentation standards.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and personal grooming standards.

- Follow company SOPs, operational procedures, and brand guidelines.

- Support store opening and closing activities.

- Ensure counters, equipment, and customer areas remain clean and presentable.

- Assist with stock receiving, storage, inventory management, and stock rotation.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of ice cream, toppings, cones, and packaging materials.

- Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and report operational or maintenance issues.





- Support the team during peak hours and handle customer queries professionally.

- Escalate customer complaints and concerns to the Store Manager when required.

- Perform other operational duties assigned by the Store Manager or management team.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
