Job Title: Senior Storage - Trainer

The role is part of the HPE GTS India Capability Development Organization, responsible for enabling the remote support workforce with critical product and service competencies. The position focuses on delivering comprehensive training programs covering HPE products, multivendor technologies, and integrated solutions, ensuring endtoend skill development across technical teams.

The expert will support, design, deliver, and manage learning interventions that prepare technical support engineers to diagnose and resolve a wide range of business systems and application issues. These trained teams support customers, onsite engineering personnel, and Authorized Service Providers, handling cases that span standard, specialized, and complex system environments.

Knowledge and Skills

Strong working knowledge of HPE Storage products. Hands-on experience in Install, Configure, Manage and Troubleshooting:

i) Storage Infrastructure and Storage Networking (SAN) (includes a very good understanding of the Host Connectivity aspects in SAN)

ii) HPE MSA/StoreSure, StoreEasy, 3PAR/StoreServ, Primera, Alletra (9000).

Solid knowledge and experience of Linux/Windows/VMware Server/Storage operating systems. Hands-on experience with host connectivity on all common Operating Systems.

Technical knowledge of HPE Server, products, and solutions is desired.

¢ Technical knowledge on StoreOnce, StoreEver and HPE SimpliVity will be a plus

¢ Technical knowledge on HPE Alletra MP will be a plus.

¢ Strong understanding of networking, security, and Product Management Tools.

¢ Programming and scripting knowledge and experience on Bash shell and Python will be a plus.





¢ Understanding Cloud-centric technologies, containerization knowledge will be a plus.

¢ Technical knowledge of Backup Technologies (Cohesity, Qumulo, Veeam) will be a plus.

¢ Strong instructional design and technical writing skills.

¢ Ability and curiosity to be able to self-learn upcoming technologies that lead to training enhancement.

¢ Strong communication (written and spoken) and content delivery skills.

¢ Team player: Ability to train peers on upcoming solutions.

¢ 2-3 years of experience in the respective domain.

As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible to:

- Train and upskill HPE Workforce on Cutting edge HPE Storage technology solutions. You will have the opportunity to tailor the Training delivery and Lab solutions to meet specific business needs.
- You will participate in the creation of instructional and delivery methods using various learning solutions and technologies, expanding your own technical knowledge and investing in building and maintaining effective skill stack. Customer satisfaction will be your top priority.
- The role additionally involves managing complex cases through customer-facing collaboration rooms*.*

Qualification

¢ A bachelors degree in engineering B.E, B.TECH or equivalent.

¢ 2+ years experience on HPE Storage Solutions Proficiency to build & Customize Solution Labs for hands-on Purpose

¢ Related Industry Certifications will be a plus
