Role Description The Senior Store Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Srikakulam, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring efficient inventory management. This position involves monitoring stock levels, coordinating material receipts and issues, maintaining accurate records, and supporting timely availability of materials for project and business needs.

The role includes supervising store staff, implementing standard operating procedures,



and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and audit requirements.

The Senior Store

Executive will also collaborate with procurement, project, and finance teams, assist in vendor coordination, and provide periodic reports on stock movement and store performance.

Qualifications

- Customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, to manage internal stakeholders and vendor interactions effectively.
- Retail and Sales experience to handle store operations, stock handling, and material flow in a structured and efficient manner.
- Commerce-related knowledge to support inventory control, basic accounting for stock, and documentation of store transactions.
- Experience in store management, warehousing, or inventory control, preferably in engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in using inventory or ERP software.
- Ability to work on-site in Srikakulam, manage teams, and coordinate across multiple departments under time-sensitive conditions.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
