1. Mission concept of operations, system architecture and trade studies. 2. Requirements flow-down and traceability, and interface control documents with bus, payload and launch providers. 3. Mass, power, link, pointing, thermal and data budgets, with margin management. 4. AIT planning and environmental qualification vibration, thermal vacuum and EMI/EMC. 5. Leading design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, FRR), risk management and FMECA. 6. Working knowledge of ISRO, ECSS or NASA systems engineering standards.

Valuable to have skills: DOORS / Jama / Polarion (requirements), Capella / Cameo (MBSE), STK / GMAT, MATLAB / Simulink, Python, ECSS / ISRO standards, technical proposal writing. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech, M.Tech or PhD in Aerospace (preferred)/Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical. Certification or course credits in systems engineering (INCOSE) or MBSE will be a plus.

Experience: 1020 yrs in the satellite industry (ISRO centres, satellite manufacturers), with at least one satellite or payload taken to flight in a systems role.
