REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience: 8+ Years
- Strong expertise in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI Optimization (AIO).
- Proven experience improving visibility across AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews.
- Strong understanding of entity-based SEO, knowledge graph optimization, citation analysis, and AI search visibility.
- Hands-on experience with Structured Data, Schema.org, and JSON-LD implementation.
- Robust knowledge of Technical SEO, including crawlability, indexing, metadata, canonicalization, and information architecture.
- Experience with Core Web Vitals, semantic HTML, website accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Expertise in content modeling, semantic content design, and AI-ready content strategies.
- Experience working with headless CMS architectures and enterprise content governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as AEM, Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentful, or Adobe Edge Delivery Services.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, prompt monitoring, and AI answer engine behavior.
- Experience with analytics tools including GA4, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and AI visibility platforms.




- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Similarweb, Moz, and Profound AI.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, presentation, and client-facing skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define and execute enterprise-wide AIO, GEO, and AEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Establish AI visibility frameworks, governance models, KPIs, and optimization roadmaps.
- Conduct AI search readiness assessments and drive implementation planning.
- Improve discoverability and citation opportunities across AI-powered search and answer engines.
- Develop entity-driven content strategies to enhance AI visibility and brand authority.
- Optimize content structures for AI retrieval, summarization, and answer generation.
- Implement structured data and schema markup using JSON-LD and Schema.org standards.
- Improve AI crawler accessibility through technical SEO best practices, sitemap optimization, and canonicalization.
- Drive Core Web Vitals, accessibility, semantic markup, and website performance improvements.
- Design and implement knowledge graph and entity optimization initiatives.
- Partner with content and CMS teams to establish AI-friendly content authoring standards.
- Build structured content models, reusable content components, and semantic content frameworks.
- Monitor AI visibility, citations, brand mentions, and answer engine performance.
- Build reporting dashboards, conduct competitive benchmarking, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Product, Engineering, and Digital Experience teams while leading workshops, audits, and executive presentations.
