About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Senior Executive - Social Media with 2 to 4 years of experience (preferably from an agency background) to join our growing team. If you live and breathe digital culture, know platform-specific nuances inside out, and love building campaigns that drive real engagement, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Take complete ownership of brand social media mandates, from content planning and campaign execution to performance analysis.
- Develop always-on content strategies and digital-first campaigns aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and media teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to draw actionable insights.
- Keep a pulse on industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity to optimize strategies.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.

What We’re Looking For:





- 3-6 years of hands-on social media or content experience, ideally in an agency environment handling consumer-facing or B2B brands.
- Exceptional understanding of digital culture, content formats, and platform nuances.
- Proven track record of leading social campaigns from ideation to reporting.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
