Key Responsibilities:
- Execution & Monitoring – Oversee project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Client Coordination at Site– Act as the main contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Quality & Safety Compliance – Ensure adherence to industry standards and conduct inspections.
- Reporting & Documentation – Reporting to Project Manager and provide regular status updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Education – Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
✔ Experience – 3-6 years in Civil Construction and interior fit outs at Sites.
✔ Technical Skills – Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and construction methodologies.
✔ Problem-Solving – Analytical mindset for risk assessment and resolution.
