Job Responsibilities
- Appoint new distributors across Jharkhand to expand the company's distribution network.
- Identify potential distributors and develop strong business relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage distributor performance and ensure regular business growth.
- Conduct market visits to identify recent business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product demand.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability and market coverage.
- Submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Experience in food grains, flour, rice, pulses, or other food products is preferred.
- Proven experience in distributor appointment and channel development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Must have a personal bike and an Android smartphone.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.
- Candidates with an MBA in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.
- Candidates with relevant FMCG sales experience and a strong track record in distributor appointment may also be considered.
