Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Sea Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and increase revenue through LCL and FCL sea freight services. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining client relationships, negotiating freight rates, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for sea freight (LCL and FCL) services.
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, client visits, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with importers, exporters, and existing clients.
- Promote the company's sea freight forwarding and logistics services.
- Prepare and negotiate competitive freight quotations with customers.
- Coordinate with the pricing and operations teams to offer suitable shipping solutions.
- Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and customer inquiries to convert them into business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sea freight rates.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.




- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and business development records.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1–3 years in Sea Freight Sales or Freight Forwarding Sales.
- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Good knowledge of LCL and FCL sea freight operations and pricing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads, acquire new customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
