About Ramani Cars

Ramani Cars is an established automobile dealership in Coimbatore, now expanding its portfolio with a newly introduced automobile brand. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive sales, develop customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of this new brand.

Job Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Generate new sales leads through walk-in enquiries, referrals, field visits, and digital platforms.
- Handle customer enquiries, understand requirements, and recommend suitable vehicle models and variants.
- Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives.
- Convert enquiries into bookings through effective follow-ups and negotiations.
- Explain vehicle specifications, pricing, finance options, insurance, exchange offers, and accessories.
- Build robust customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Develop market awareness and promote the newly introduced brand across Coimbatore and surrounding areas.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, CRM,



and vehicle delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism throughout the sales process.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the automobile industry, preferably in passenger car sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of automobile sales processes, customer handling, and lead conversion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of vehicle financing, insurance, and exchange procedures.
- Knowledge of the Coimbatore automobile market will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-oriented.
