Role Description The Senior Recruitment Specialist - Government Partnership is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position focuses on designing and executing recruitment strategies to support government and public sector partnerships, with an emphasis on hiring government officials & tutors.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with government stakeholders and internal teams to understand staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. The specialist will also maintain candidate pipelines, track hiring metrics,



and ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations. The role involves building strong relationships with public sector partners, representing Filo in government-related forums, and contributing to workforce planning for large-scale education initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Government Relations and Public Sector skills, with experience engaging local and national government bodies.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Local Government structures, processes, and regulatory frameworks relevant to education or talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret recruitment data, forecast hiring needs, and optimize processes.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in government projects, education, or technology-driven organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
