Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for construction projects.

- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

- Handle rate analysis, budgeting, and cost planning.

- Manage contractor billing, client billing, and bill verification.

- Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control within approved budgets.

- Coordinate with project, procurement, engineering, and finance teams.

- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support tender negotiations.

- Track variations, claims, and additional work costs.

- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of commercial reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.





- Minimum 7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in real estate or building construction.

- Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, rate analysis, and cost control.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD;

experience with relevant QS software is an advantage.

- Valuable negotiation, analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
