Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) with a strong background in industrial construction projects. The candidate should be capable of handling quantity estimation, billing, BOQ verification, and site visits for bill verification and certification.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, and construction measurements.
- Visit project sites regularly for bill verification, measurement checks, and certification.
- Verify contractor and subcontractor bills against actual site progress and approved drawings.
- Prepare and review RA bills, client bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Ensure accurate measurement books (MB), billing records, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, clients, and subcontractors for billing-related matters.
- Identify quantity variations and prepare variation statements and extra-item claims.
- Monitor project costs, material quantities, and budget variations.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, BOQ specifications,



and billing procedures.
- Prepare monthly billing reports and maintain proper documentation for audit and reconciliation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying and billing.
- Experience in an industrial construction contractor company is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and rate analysis.
- Hands-on experience in RA billing, subcontractor billing, and bill certification.
- Ability to conduct site visits and verify quantities against actual execution.
- Good understanding of civil and structural drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with industrial construction project experience.
- Willingness to travel to project sites ( PAN India) as for certification of the month RA bills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with site and project teams.

Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
