What You'll Do

- Drive product initiatives from problem discovery and requirements definition through development, launch, and adoption.

- Translate user needs and business objectives into clear product specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

- Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver features and improvements.

- Own prioritization decisions, manage competing requirements, and balance customer needs with technical constraints.

- Work through integrations, APIs, system workflows, and implementation trade-offs with technical teams.

- Use product analytics, customer feedback, and research to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.

- Maintain clear ownership, timelines, and alignment across multiple initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- 4–7 years of hands-on Product Management experience in SaaS,



enterprise software, or technology-driven products.

- Experience owning features or product initiatives from discovery through delivery.

- Ability to write structured product requirements and communicate effectively with engineering teams.

- Strong analytical thinking and a data-informed approach to decision-making.

- Confidence in stakeholder management, prioritization, and working through ambiguity.

- A proactive mindset, with a solid sense of ownership and accountability.
